Responsible for overall coordination of all aspects of the tendering process for Technip USA´s Offshore Division. Manages Early Tendering activities, including liaison and coordination of the Approval To Tender (ATT), the Approval To Commit (ATC), and the Approval To Sign (ATS) milestones. Guides proposal development and production, providing oversight to a full-time Senior Proposal Coordinator and a Proposal Coordinator. Serves as a resource to technical Proposal Managers during proposal development. Monitors budget costs and compliance for tendering activities. Provides input to Offshore Division´s business development and marketing efforts vis-à-vis recommendations for prospect / project pursuit strategy, SWOT intelligence, client and competitor research, etc. Review, edit, and rewrite proposal text as deemed necessary. Write original text for proposals, presentations, technical articles, project descriptions, etc. Develop and implement procedures to improve tendering process by cutting production time and costs (including man hours of all proposal team participants), enhancing quality of deliverables, increasing go-to-contract hit rate, and assuring that all pertinent corporate guidelines and requirements are met
